2006-Present. As the Internet, Web site technology, and online marketing capabilities have improved dramatically over the past five years, Bartlett has focused on these technologies to help business clients refine target markets, sharpen sales messaging, expand their marketing database, and exploit online marketing techniques for more effective lead generation and sales success. Client engagements include Caesar Systems, LLC; real estate development projects Beacon Island, Texas and Versante Canyon Homes, Austin, for The Verandah Companies; and a complete start-up package for MacIntyre & McCulloch.
2002-05. Special public relations writing projects for El Paso Energy, direct marketing projects for Toyota, and a business re-start program for MergerTree Solutions.
1992-2002. Bartlett:creative operated as a graphic design and business communications firm, developing numerous marketing communications packages for corporate law firms, including Brown, Sims, Wise & White; Sheinfeld, Maley & Kay; Davis Oretsky; Bell & Murphy and later Bell|Ryniker; Pravel, Hewitt, Kimball and Krieger; and Austin-based firms Clark Thomas; Graves Dougherty; and McGinnis Lochridge. During this period, Bartlett also helped launch Synthegen, a manufacturer of synthetic oligonucleotides; and provided extensive marketing communications services to Amoco Production Company in its business process reengineering program; and for Group One Automotive during its IPO and start-up phase.
Early career. Worked extensively in healthcare between 1980-92. Developed an early-day videotex consumer education program for the Hermann Hospital network; served as corporate communications manager for Medical Innovations, an early player in the home infusion therapy business; and provided start-up services for Oncore Analytics, a high-tech reference lab that focused on HIV and oncology.
Prior to that, gained experience as an ad agency writer and account executive and as sales representative for broadcast and print media.
